A free of charge х-raу exam at the MFD Outpatient hospitals: make sure your lungs are healthy!
MFD Healthcare Group, supporting the World Tuberculosis Day, on March 25 offers a free prophylactic chest x-ray.
World Tuberculosis Day is designed to build public awareness about the global epidemic of tuberculosis and efforts to eliminate the disease.
Lungs x-ray is recommended to those, who are objected to one or more of these main risks:
• If there are complaints of prolonged cough (more than 3 weeks), night sweats, weight loss with no known cause;
• Patients a weakened immune system because of HIV, diabetes or other medical conditions, e.g. long courses of medication, such as corticosteroids, chemotherapy;
• Being in close contact with someone who is of was infected;
• Adult family members of a pregnant woman;
• People working in medical sphere, with children or food;
• Living in poor or crowded housing conditions, such as dormitories.

Prior appointment and a doctor's referral is not required.
